YES it is real LEGO and produced by LEGO in limited numbers. This is a beautiful set with a lot going on. 3 full floors of interior detail and a wonderful 2566 pieces. The set is rated as 18+ and had a RRP of £199.99 but they are now going on eBay for about £300.
