What we have for you here are two sets I have in my collection and I flipping love em. Two absolute classics and if you are into your cars I bet you love them too. If you win this competition you win both sets. So what are they…
LEGO Creator Expert 10242 Mini Cooper. This set was released in August 2014 and retired in April 2019. The retail price was £79.99. The set comes with 1077 pieces and the end result is lovely. I really enjoyed building mine. The boot, bonnet and doors open and you also get to build a picnic basket. This is classed as a 16+ build and is worth about £210+.
LEGO Creator Expert 10252 Volkswagen Beetle. This set was released in August 2016 and retired in December 2020. The retail price was £74.99. The set comes with 1167 pieces and the end result is lovely. Out the two I think this is my favourite I just enjoyed the build a little bit more. When built the set is 29cm long and 11cm wide. The boot, bonnet and doors open and you also get to build a cooler and surf board to put on the roof rack. This is classed as a 16+ build and is worth about £125+.
In total then you will be winning sets with 2244 pieces between them and they are worth around £335.
